In an attempt at simple epithets, Toheeb is a fine mind, an exploratory thinker and a passionate salesman. He believes in the endless elasticities of the human mind to create a beautiful collision of art and impact. An alumnus of the Cambridge Judge Business School 2019 Executive Programme and Orange Academy, Toheeb is a well grounded brand communication expert when it comes to the delivery of strategy and creativity.
He has had a rather active career going up ladders having worked in top Nigerian agencies in the past among which are Noah's ark, Centrespread and DDB Lagos. He has to his portfolio manifold experiences and awards (both international and local), on a sundry of brands like MTN, Airtel, Kwese Sports, Verve, Skye bank, Wema bank, Interswitch, Verve, Moneygram, Peak Milk, The State of Osun, Kwara State Government among others. When Toheeb isn’t changing the world, one impactful campaign at a time, You can find him at Orange Academy helping to raise the next generation of visionaries.
Idris Olorunnimbe, the Group Chief Executive of The Temple Management Company, is a dynamic force in African entertainment and sports. Since founding Temple in 2016, his 15+ years of experience has made the company a forerunner in African entertainment, leading it to establish a presence in Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Kenya, and South Africa.
Under Idris's leadership, Temple has diversified its portfolio, creating a record label, film and TV production company, digital and gaming arm, live entertainment, and a sports division. Strategic alliances have been formed with international entities such as Roc Nation, First Access Entertainment, and Touch HD Media. Top Nigerian box office movies, 'Introducing the Kujus' and 'My Village People,' were produced under his watch.
Temple has also launched Ogidi Studios, a prominent creative production complex in West Africa, already yielding award-winning movies, TV shows, and music. Idris currently sits on the board of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and holds the Chairmanship of the Board Governance Committee. Recognized by the League of African Development Students (LEADS) in 2018 as a pioneer, Idris continues to push the envelope in the industry.
With a Law Degree from the University of Lagos, Idris uses his strategic and philosophical approach to nurture businesses across industries, including a preschool, an automobile company, a record label, and two fashion brands. He remains an advisor to these businesses, stating that Temple is the embodiment of his life's work.
Idris's influence also extends to public service, having worked closely with Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, former Governor of Lagos, from 2007-2015. His contributions led to significant policy changes and the establishment of the Drivers' Institutes in Lagos.
In 2020, Idris was selected by the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development to rejuvenate the National Stadium in Lagos, and in 2021, he co-founded the Lagos Independence Festival of Excellence (LIFE). He also led the 2022 UNILAG NUGA Games and was named by Lagos Magazine as one of the 100 most influential personalities in Nigeria.
Idris's commitment to the creative industry is further seen in his launch of the Gidi Creative Centre, a training platform for young creatives. As a mentor and public speaker, he continually supports the growth of creative talents. A fervent art collector, he remains one of the top investors in the creative industry.
Idris and his wife, Abisoye, a fashion and beauty entrepreneur, are parents to three daughters. A proud Lagosian, Idris has resided in the city all his life.
A graduate of the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, Akinwale’s career has traversed tech, content production and marketing communications in Ghana, South Africa and Nigeria. At The hook, Akinwale leads a multifunctional team of talented individuals to uncover opportunities for clients in the marketplace, develop template for execution and drive sustainable growth.
Amongst the notable projects that he has worked on are the the highly impactful 'O TO GE' campaign in Kwara State, and Let’s Go Farther repositioning campaign for Meristem. He attended an executive training program at the Cambridge Judge Business School, and is on the 2020 cohort of Adweek Executive Mentorship Program.
An alumnus of SAE Institute, Cape Town, Sam is an exceptional leader, visionary and an excellent creative with platinum experience in corporate communications across various industries. He spent the last decade working with a number of advertising agencies in South Africa and across Nigeria, after which he made a move to the client side starting with the oil and gas industry. He joined Oando Plc. where he rose to become the Creative Lead, acquiring great prowess in the area of business leadership. From there, he went on to Enyo Retail and Supply, assuming the role of the Head, Corporate Communications.
Sam has worked on brands across different sectors as Finance, Oil and Gas, State Governments, Telecommunications, among others; garnering vast experiences and superlative expressions. He attended the Cambridge Judge Business School 2019 Executive Programme.
Adebayo is a natural high-tension body of talent with a penchant for excellence in simplicity and execution. He is a dexterous multimedia visualizer devoted to over a decade-old relationship with brand communication. With awards both international and local to his hat, Bayo was an honouree of the coveted 2022 global AdWeek creative 100. He has since gone on to attend the prestigious Harvard Extension School, where he majored in Creative Thinking, learning how to use innovative solutions in the face of complex challenges, the International Centre of Photography New York and Texas School of Photography.
Bayo lives to create and has over the years gained indelible experience working with several agencies; Lowe Lintas, X3M Ideas, DDB West Africa; and brands; Nigerian Breweries (Star, Maltina), instax, Ciroc, Johnnie Walker, MTN, Etisalat, DSTV, Supersport, Diamond Bank, First Bank, Unilever, Broll among others. If you do not catch him building brands or visually documenting stories, you will catch him exploring a new city on his bike.
